As early! Nice uniform round shape with darker red. A little lower proportion of large size bulbs. Red all to the centre. Colourful onions with a spicy-to-mild flavor. Their bright colour and crispy texture make them great for salads, salsas, and other recipes that call for raw onions. Cooking causes the colour to fade, but they’re still delicious! Growing method: - Indoors: sow between the end of February and mid-March and place approximately 3 seeds per cell. - Transplant to the garden and space them 5 cm apart. - Outside: sow in the garden at the end of April / beginning of May (as soon as the soil is well worked) and place 2 seeds every 2.5 cm. -Choose rich, fertile soil and keep it moist. - Thin out to 5 cm (to obtain larger bulbs, thin out to 7 to 8 cm).
