Attractive heirloom open-pollinated cucumbers that are small and round with lemon-coloured skin. The lime-green flesh is very mild, sweet and never bitter. Very nice for slicing and easy to digest. Vigorous long vine that does well on a trellis or a fence. Plants may become quite sprawly, but the fruit production is incredibly vigorous. To lengthen the fruiting period, keep the plants carefully picked so that no fruits are allowed to mature on the vine. Growing method: - Indoors: sow in peat containers 3 to 4 weeks before transplanting. - Sow in the garden from June. - Rotate crops every year to avoid diseases. - For a continuous harvest, repeat every 2 to 3 weeks. - Pick cucumbers regularly because, if they become too large, the plant will stop producing. - stake if necessary.
