Broccolini 'Sibsey' - Seeds

Early variety selected for its “one cut” type. Flattened head and long stems of this broccoli that allow separating the sweet florets in only oDark green, stem broccoli. Starts out similar to a regular crown broccoli but after harvesting the first crown, easy-to-harvest tender, and tasty side shoots continue to appear long into the season. Tolerant to warm temperature bolting. Growing method: - Sow indoors 4 to 5 weeks before the last frost or in the ground in early May. - Rotate crops to prevent diseases. - Broccolini looks like broccoli, but without the apple. - Harvest the central floret first, then the numerous secondary shoots, tender and sweet.
