Early parsnip. Albion produces nice, white roots with a sweet taste. Its shallow collar makes it easy to clean. Growing method: - Possibility of sowing early between April and June (as soon as the soil temperature is 16⁰c). - A sandy and poor soil, in which there is not too much fertilizer, is ideal. - The seeds must be sown fairly close together, as germination is difficult and slow (14 to 21 days). - Keep the soil moist during germination. - Thin out every 7 to 10 cm along the row.
