Miracle-Gro® seed starting plant food is specially formulated to provide seedlings with all the nutrients they need. From the start of germination until it can live on its own, the seedling is fragile.

Etiolation, when a thin stem grows in length, is a real problem. For a good start and a productive season, use Seed Starting Fertilizer.

This liquid fertilizer contains a blend of trace elements specially designed to strengthen the roots of seedlings, promote growth and reduce transplant shock. It instantly fertilizes the seedlings.

Use:
  • Fertilize when the first pair of true leaves appear, which is when the seedlings are about 7.5 cm (3 in) tall
  • Mix 3 sprays with 1 L of water to fertilize 1 standard 28 x 53 cm (11" x 21") seedling tray
  • Repeat every 7 to 14 days
