The BIOFOR® composted manure with peat and bark is specially designed for planting and maintaining vegetable gardens and flower beds.

Improves soil structure and drainage

The peat moss and bark contained in BIOFOR® Composted Manure with Peat Moss and Bark help to improve soil structure by making it looser and more aerated. This allows plant roots to develop better and absorb nutrients and water more efficiently. In addition, the organic matter in the compost helps to improve soil drainage, reducing the risk of overwatering and root rot.

Versatile use

BIOFOR® Composted Manure with Peat Moss and Bark can be used for a variety of applications, including:

  • Improving existing soil: Incorporate compost into the soil of your garden, vegetable gardens, flower beds, and trees and shrubs.
  • Planting new plants: Mix compost with topsoil when planting new plants to give them a good start.
  • Mulching: Spread a layer of compost around your plants to retain moisture, suppress weeds, and regulate soil temperature.

This forestry compost improves clay soils structure while providing essential nutrients for healthy and vigorous growth.

Yield applicable when a part of compost is mixed with 4 parts of planting soil.

VEGETABLE GARDEN AND FLOWER BED (MAINTENANCE)
One 25 litre bag covers approximately 2,5 m² (26ft²) of surface area at a thickness of 1 cm (3/8 in)
Repeat application every 24 months

LAWN (TOPDRESSING)
One 25 litre bag covers approximately 8 m² (90 ft²) of lawn to top-dress at a thickness of 3 mm (1/8 in)
