Botanix Soil acidifier

This product is ideal for acid-loving plants such as cornflowers, azaleas, rhododendrons and blue hydrangeas. It allows better absorption of nutrients.

The pH (hydrogen potential) must be between 6 and 7.

• When the pH level is lower than 6.5, as in sandy soils, the acidity must be increased by adding sulfur.
• When the pH level is above 7.5, as in clay soils, the acidity must be reduced by adding lime.

Acid-loving plants absorb nutrients better in soil with a lower pH level, hence the use of a soil acidifier.

Use:

• Incorporate the acidifier into the soil using a weeder.
• Water after application.
