Quick fire fab hydrangea offers very long flowering, from June to October, perfect for adding color to a flower bed. In addition, this shrub is very easy to maintain and only requires light pruning, about one-third of the plant, late in the fall or early in the spring. The flowers start out a creamy white color, then as they age they turn pale pink, then hot pink, then red, from bottom to top, giving a beautiful gradient of colors. The rigid stems support the bouquets well so that they are straight and showy.
