This mixture contains very high quality seeds chosen for our climate which tolerate places considered in the shade well. For best permanent results, it is recommended to have a minimum of 3 hours of sunlight per day.
The advantage of sowing lawns in shadier areas provides better weed control. It is always a good idea to add a little shade seed each spring to obtain a denser and greener lawn during the summer.

How to use:
TO SOW A NEW LAWN:
- Clear the surface of any debris
- Spread a layer of 10 to 15 cm (4 to 6 inches) of potting soil over the entire surface then rake the covered area
- Spread the seeds evenly: divide the quantity into two equal parts and sow in the 2 different directions (east to west, north to south)
- Add a layer of potting soil of approximately 6 mm (1/4 inch) over the entire surface
- Keep the soil moist until the lawn is established ( without saturated with water)
TO INCREASE THE DENSITY OF AN EXISTING LAWN OR PREVENT WEEDS
- Spread the seeds evenly, ensuring that they come into contact with the soil: divide the quantity into two equal parts and sow in the 2 different directions (east to west, from north to south)
- Keep the soil moist until the lawn is established (without waterlogging)
