Hot Peppers

  • 'Buena Mulata' Pepper: A rare and fascinating variety. Its fruits change colour from green to purple, then to chocolate brown, and finally to bright red when fully ripe. Medium to hot heat, ideal for sauces and spicy dishes. Very ornamental with its sometimes purple-tinged foliage.
  • Carolina Reaper 'Peach' Pepper: A pastel peach-coloured version of the famous Carolina Reaper. It retains extreme heat but with fruitier and milder notes, making it a formidable pepper with amazing aromatic complexity.
  • 'Chaak' Pepper: This yellow-orange Habanero pepper variety stands out for its fruity and sweet taste, in addition to being very hot. It's ideal for making flavourful sauces.
  • 'Chocolate Seven Pot' Pepper: Originating from Trinidad, this very hot pepper develops deep, smoky aromas with chocolate notes. Its dark brown colour is unique. Ideal for hot sauces and stews.
  • 'Count Dracula' Pepper: Remarkable for its dark foliage and fruits that evolve from black to bright red, reminiscent of vampire fangs. Its small peppers have a moderate heat level. Very decorative in pots or gardens.
  • 'Fish' Pepper: A unique heirloom variety, prized for its variegated green, white, and cream foliage. Its peppers, initially green and cream, ripen to red. Medium heat, ideal for seafood sauces and Cajun dishes.
  • 'Brown' Jalapeno Pepper: The classic Jalapeno that has been left to ripen longer on the plant, thus developing a softer, earthier, and slightly smoky flavour. Its brown colour adds a rustic touch.
  • 'Pumpkin Spice' Jalapeno Pepper: This Jalapeño develops a bright orange colour when ripe. It is fruitier and a bit spicier than a traditional Jalapeño, with a medium heat level. Very ornamental and productive, well-suited to warm climates. Perfect for stuffing, pickling, or roasting.
  • 'Rajah' Pepper: This Cayenne-type pepper, native to India, is known for its high productivity and early maturity. Its red, long, and slender fruits have a mild taste with smoky notes. It offers a medium-high heat level (between 5,000 and 30,000 Scoville units). Ideal fresh, dried, or in Indian dishes.
  • 'Rezha Macedonian' Pepper: A long, wrinkled pepper from Macedonia. It is generally mild to slightly spicy (average heat 5/10), perfect for grilling, stuffing, or drying. Its unique texture and "crinkled" skin make it one of a kind.
  • 'Sriracha' Pepper: The type of pepper used for the famous Sriracha sauce. It offers a medium heat level with a fruity and slightly sweet flavour, making it versatile for many culinary preparations, from sauces to marinades.
  • Sugar Rush 'Peach' Pepper: This pepper is a taste surprise: very fruity and sweet (hence its name "Sugar Rush"), it offers an explosion of peach flavour before giving way to a pleasant and lingering pungent heat. Very productive.
  • 'Trinidad Scorpion' Pepper: One of the hottest peppers in the world. Its shape resembles a scorpion's tail, and its intense heat is reserved for the most adventurous palates. Used sparingly in extra-spicy sauces.

Sweet Bell Peppers

  • Hungarian Cheese Series: These sweet and crunchy bell peppers have a flattened, ribbed shape, resembling cheese, which makes them very distinctive.
    • 'Orange You Sweet': A bright and vibrant orange, this bell pepper is particularly sweet and mellow. Ideal for salads, snacks, or stuffing.
    • 'Right on Red': A deep and vibrant red, it offers a classic sweet bell pepper flavour, perfect for all your recipes.
    • 'Yes to Yellow': A sunny yellow for this sweet and crunchy bell pepper, excellent raw to add colour to your dishes.

Heirloom and Unique Tomatoes

  • 'Apricot Zebra' Tomato: A fascinating cherry tomato with striped apricot-orange and green skin. Its flavour is sweet, fruity, and complex, perfect for salads and appetizer platters. Very decorative.
  • 'Big Rainbow' (heirloom) Tomato: An impressive, large heirloom tomato. Its marbled yellow, orange, and red flesh offers a sweet, fruity, and very juicy flavour. A true visual and taste favourite.
  • 'Black Strawberry' Tomato: A unique cherry tomato variety with a purplish-black colour and green or golden highlights. It offers a rich, sweet, and complex flavour, often described as smoky. Excellent fresh.
  • 'Pineapple' (heirloom) Tomato: Another giant heirloom tomato. Its flesh is marbled with bright yellow and red, with a tropical, very sweet, and fragrant flavour, reminiscent of pineapple. Ideal for thick slices in sandwiches.
  • 'Purple Bubble Bee' Tomato: These small cherry tomatoes stand out with their dark purple colour striped with green. They offer a sweet, fruity, and slightly tart flavour, perfect for snacking or adding to salads.
  • 'Queen of the Night' Tomato: A unique tomato with an almost black colour on top, fading to reddish-brown at the base. It has a rich, deep flavour with a pleasant texture. Very elegant on the plate.
  • 'Sart Roloise' Tomato: Originating from Belgium, this striped tomato is a visual masterpiece. Its skin is streaked with shades ranging from yellow to pink and red. Its flavour is sweet, fruity, and very balanced, with a juicy texture.
