Minuteman is a uniform and early cauliflower very productive and a high quality variety. It produces large, pure white heads well protected by upright leaves. Known for its excellent taste. Growing method: - For an early harvest, sow indoors 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost. - Harden off young seedlings (progressively expose them to wind and sun) before transplanting them. - Otherwise, sow directly in the garden as soon as the soil allows. - For a fall harvest, sow in open ground between early and mid-June.
