Directions for optimal results:

  1. Choose a pot with good drainage holes. This is crucial for cacti and other succulent plants!
  2. Place a small layer of potting mix at the bottom of the pot.
  3. Gently remove your succulent plant (such as a crassula) from its old pot and place it in the center of the new one.
  4. Fill the pot with Fafard Potting Mix, tamping lightly to eliminate air pockets. Leave about an inch (2.5 cm) between the soil level and the rim of the pot.
  5. Water lightly after planting. Remember that cacti and succulent plants don't like to have wet feet!
