The 'Vanessa' grape vine enchants with its clusters of medium-sized seedless red fruits, harvested in October. Self-fertile and robust, it beautifies pergolas and arbors. Annual pruning, in fall or winter, stimulates production. Up to 90% of the plant can be pruned. Originally from Canada, 'Vanessa' offers crunchy, sweet and drought-resistant grapes. Its pink berries attract attention, but it is their exquisite taste, almost seedless, enjoyed fresh or processed, that sets it apart. Developed by the Ontario Horticultural Research Institute, 'Vanessa' is an exceptional quality red variety with a sweet, fruity flavor.
