Beet 'Taunus' - Seeds

A nice large smooth, cylindrical and really uniform root, easy to clean and to peel. Ideal for abundant and tasty preserves. When fully grown the root measures 15 to 17 cm long. Growing method: - The leaves and roots are edible. - Thin seedlings 7 to 15 cm apart. - Harvest when the roots reach 7 to 8 cm in diameter. - For a continuous harvest, sow successively every 2 weeks until the end of July.
