Perennial with fine, wispy foliage grown in the vegetable garden for its tender and delicious young shoots. It is picked from April to June from the third year of planting, then it is possible to harvest it for almost 15 years thereafter. This vegetable is particularly rich in vitamin C and is known for its delicious taste
