The lyrata on stem is a tree. The stem is bare, as the leaves are found in clumps high up. It often branches little, because to do so, you have to pinch the end of the stem, otherwise you will only have one head. It can reach a height of 3m in our homes. Like other ficus, it does not like direct sun, as this would burn its beautiful large leaves, but requires good light. It likes high ambient humidity and does not like drafts or being moved. We must let dry a few centimeters.
