Very productive large-caliber bulb variety of the porcelain type (rigid neck), renowned for its exceptional conservation (6-8 months), its nutritional value and its strong flavor. Good variety for planting in October. Don't forget to corkscrew the flowers around June 20, so that the bulb, which will be harvested a month later, can grow to its full size. Once harvested, let the entire bulb dry, with the foliage, in a dry place protected from bad weather, for about two weeks. Then clean the bulb, cut the stem and store at room temperature, away from light.
