Calandiva is in fact a cross of kalanchoe which gave rise to double flowers and new colors. Calandiva can flower for long periods, 3 months and more.

It is a succulent plant, so it does not have great care needs. It can tolerate full sun as well as lower lighting, it will get used to temperatures between 16 and 27 degrees.

You can take it out on the terrace in the summer, in the sun, and bring it back in at the end of August.

When it finishes flowering, cut its flower stems and find a very bright place. Continue watering regularly, abundantly when the soil is dry, and add a little fertilizer from time to time. As it needs short days to flower, when September arrives, we no longer prune and fertilize. In the evening, you can put it in an unlit room. It should then be able to flower again
