Flowers galore and healthy buds:
If you have flowering trees and shrubs, this fertilizer is your ally in achieving abundant and colourful blooms. Plus, it promotes the development of buds, ensuring a great recovery the following spring.
The power of slow-release nitrogen:
Our formula contains slow-release nitrogen. What does that mean? Consistent and even fertilization for weeks!
Why choose Botanix 15-5-15 fertilizer?
- Specially designed for our climate.
- Improved growth and vigour.
- Increased disease resistance.
- Abundant flowering.
- Easy to use.
Directions for optimal results:
- In the spring, when the ground has thawed, spread the fertilizer evenly around the base of trees, shrubs, conifers, or hedges. Make sure not to put it directly on the trunk or stems.
- Lightly incorporate the fertilizer using a hand hoe or garden claw, being careful not to damage shallow roots.
- Water thoroughly after application. Water will help dissolve the granules and release nutrients into the soil.
- To maximize growth and flowering, repeat the application every 4 weeks until the end of July. Avoid fertilizing too late in the season to allow plants to prepare for winter.
Understanding 15-5-15:
These numbers represent the percentage of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) in the fertilizer.
- 15% Nitrogen (N): Essential for foliage and stem growth.
- 5% Phosphorus (P): Promotes root development, flowering, and fruit formation.
- 15% Potassium (K): Contributes to the overall vigor of the plant, its resistance to diseases, and stress (like drought and cold).
