Tillandsia are epiphytes, that is to say they do not grow in the ground, so they do not need a pot or potting soil. You can simply place it on a shelf, or put it in a terrarium, or on a wooden board or a tree branch with moss, where its roots can possibly hold on. You can tie them with a thread at the start.
