- Preserves vigour in times of intense heat
- Specialized for outdoor containers
Veranda potting soil is a premium culture substrate specifically formulated to meet the high demands of plants grown in pots, planters, and hanging baskets. Composed of a high-quality sphagnum peat moss base, it integrates coconut husk fiber and a wetting agent to optimize hydraulic management. This blend ensures consistent nutrition through a controlled-release fertilizer, promoting vigorous vegetative development and abundant flowering from the moment of planting.
Why Choose This Product?
- Optimized Water Management: Coconut fiber and the wetting agent capture moisture and release it gradually, reducing watering frequency during hot summer days.
- Increased Vigor: The addition of compost improves the biological structure of the soil and the overall health of the root system.
- Prolonged Nutrition: Slow-release fertilizer provides essential nutrients continuously, guaranteeing larger plants compared to standard substrates.
- Balanced Drainage: The texture promotes maximum aeration, preventing root asphyxiation in enclosed containers.
Directions for Use
- Preparation: Select a container with drainage holes. Partially fill it with Veranda potting soil without compacting it.
- Planting: Gently remove the plant from its original pot. Center it in the new container and fill the remaining space with soil up to 2 cm below the rim.
- Setting: Lightly press the surface around the stem to eliminate large air pockets.
- Watering: Water generously immediately after planting to help establish the roots.
- Maintenance: Check soil moisture daily. Water as soon as the surface feels dry to the touch.
Safety Note: Wear gardening gloves during handling and wash hands after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
