Characteristics

  • Foliage: Attractive glossy green leaves, heart-shaped and succulent, which remain green in colour throughout the year. The foliage is evergreen but the plant is grown as an annual in Quebec.
  • Flowering: Produces abundant clusters of delicate semi-double flowers. The flowers are bicolour: they are gold with white overtones and cherry red edges. They appear from mid-spring to mid-fall. Flowering is profuse and continuous throughout the season.
  • Light Requirements: Tolerates part sun to full shade. Ideal for partially shaded to shaded locations.
  • Habit: Mounded and upright habit. Forms compact, mounded foliage.
