Hibiscus 'Perfect Storm' is a compact perennial plant offering large white flowers tinged with pale pink and a red center. The flowers are absolutely stunning and create a lovely visual impact. Flowers from August to September, attracts bees and hummingbirds, resists to white-tailed deer. Although a perennial, this plant takes time to bud, sometimes giving new shoots only in June.
