The fruit of this golden yellow zucchini type squash, 18-20 cm long, has an elongated shape and is eaten raw, steamed, grilled or sautéed. Plant with a bushy habit that grows well in containers. The flowers are edible and make a wonderful addition to a salad. Harvest when the length of the fruit reaches 10cm, up to 20cm. Easy to harvest thanks to its open, thornless shape. A regular harvest encourages fruit production.
