Recipe - Sprouts, red quinoa, and cranberry salad

A recipe that is delicious, healthy, and easy to do!

Ingredients to serve 4

Salad

  1. 1 portion of cooked red quinoa for 2 portions of sprouted seeds of your choice (green lentils, alfalfa, broccoli, mung beans, etc.)
  2. 4 handfuls of arugula
  3. 125 ml of dried cranberries
  4. Cashews or pecans to taste

Vinaigrette

  1. 15-30 ml of grape seed oil
  2. 15 ml of fig balsamic vinegar
  3. Sea salt
  4. Pink pepper
