- Purchase any qualifying plant at your local Botanix garden centre (see the list below the form).
- Complete the entry form below.
- Upload your receipt as proof of purchase.
Limit of one (1) entry per customer and per sales receipt for the entire contest period.

To be eligible: purchase must be made between May 7 and May 20, 2026, proof of purchase (receipt) is required, one completed entry form per submission, and acceptance of the official contest rules is mandatory.
